Lemon Bundt Cake
1 lemon cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
3/4 C. oil
4 eggs
1 C. lemon-lime beverage, carbonated (sprite)
Combine cake mix, pudding, stir in oil. Beat in eggs one at a time, stir in sprite. Pour in a greased bundt pan.
Bake at 325 for 35 min.
Glaze:
1 C. powdered sugar
2 Tbs. lemon juice
2 oz. cream cheese
Combine glaze ingredients until smooth. Pour over inverted bundt cake after it has cooled for 15 or 20 minutes.
