1 pkg. oreos, crushed
1/2 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 C. powdered sugar
3 1/2 C. milk
2 small boxes vanilla pudding
12 oz. cool whip
Crush oreos and mix with melted butter. Spread about 3/4 of the mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. In a large, separate bowl combine milk, vanilla pudding and cool whip. Gradually add the cream cheese/powdered sugar until well combined. After fully mixed, pour into pan over the first layer of oreos. Top with the rest of the crushed oreos and let stand in fridge for 2 hours before serving.
